  • 2/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese

  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

  • 3 tablespoons chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder 

DIRECTIONS 

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
