This plan will give you a taste of how it is to have my support in your life and tools to get you started on your journey to a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

This package includes:

1-on-1 Private Health Coaching Program
  • One initial consultation (60 minutes) where we will assess your struggles and set your goals. This consultation will give me an idea of your relationship with food, past diets you have tried, what works and what doesn’t, your health history, what is challenging you and what you are looking to improve. With this consultation I will be able to tailor recommendations specific to you.

  • A foundational plan to achieve your health goals and determine key areas of improvement

  • A non-restrictive food plan to get you real results, according to your health goals, likes and dislikes

  • Two Follow up visits (45 minutes) we will go over the recommendations and plan I designed specifically for you.

  • Sessions are set two weeks apart (in person, phone Telehealth or Zoom)

  • Recipes: I will provide you recipes to keep you on track and integrate more healthy foods into your daily diet.

  • Email support during the program.

  • Custom handouts specific to your program.

  • Create a meal plan which best fits your preferences and your life ($200.00 value).

  • Grocery store tour ($150 value)

  • Advanced Body Composition Analysis Assessment ($75.00 value)
