10 healthy gluten-free snack ideas
18 million Americans suffer from gluten sensitivity while 3 million suffer from celiac disease. Unfortunately, this figure is likely redundant, as an estimated 97 percent of celiac sufferers are undiagnosed and unaware of their condition.
Despite this, gluten free diets remain to be popular choices for individuals even without gluten sensitivities or allergies. 63 percent of Americans believe that a gluten free diet would benefit their mental or physical health, which is perhaps why gluten-free snacks and food items have become commonplace.
