Quick and easy, healthy banana chocolate chip pancakes! Made with egg whites, banana, and oats!

PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: 10 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup mashed banana or 100 grams

  • 1/2 cup egg whites

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

1. Blend in a blender banana, egg whites, oats, and baking powder! Wait till it gets smooth.

2. Stir in 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips, or drop them on each pancake as you cook them.

3. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour batter onto the hot skillet, sprayed with cooking spray

4. Cook on both sides, and long enough that the center is cooked.
